Our Philosophy
Strength through Intention, Resilience & Unwavering Commitment
Oath + Iron is more than a brand and gym—it’s a discipline, a mindset, and a way of life.
Rooted in Eastern philosophy and the warrior’s code, we believe true strength is forged through intention, resilience, and unwavering commitment.

Our training philosophy blends time-honored martial wisdom with modern strength and conditioning, emphasizing mindfulness, discipline, and precision in every movement. Whether you’re lifting, moving, or mastering your body, every session is a ritual of self-improvement.

At Oath + Iron, strength is more than muscle—it’s a promise to yourself, a code to live by, and a path to mastery.
Step inside, embrace the way, and forge your mind and body with purpose.

Our Story
Oath + Iron began with my personal journey — from a boy searching for confidence, to a martial artist, to a bodybuilder, and now to the founder of a community.
Training taught me discipline, resilience, and honour, and it became my sanctuary. But Oath + Iron has grown into something greater than me.

It is more than a gym. More than clothing. More than training.
It is a calling.

Oath + Iron exists for anyone who has made a promise to themselves — to live with intention, to rise after setbacks, and to remain unwavering in their pursuit of a better life.
The Iron is not just metal on a barbell. It is the symbol of strength we all carry inside.

When you wear Oath + Iron, you are declaring that you live by these values. You don’t have to be a bodybuilder. You don’t even have to step into a gym.
If you have chosen resilience over surrender, integrity over compromise, and growth over comfort — then you are already Oath + Iron.

This is a place of belonging. A movement for those who quietly commit, who strive to embody discipline, balance, and inner strength.
Together, we are building a community that gives soul back to modern life — a tribe of people who carry themselves with purpose, strength, and honour.

Oath + Iron is not just a brand.
It is a way of life.

Meet Our Founder
As a young boy, I struggled with confidence. I was tall, skinny and an easy target for bullies. My parents enrolled me in Taishindo Karate — a Japanese discipline that became my foundation. I earned my black belt, not just through physical skill, but through discipline, resilience, and an early understanding of inner strength.

Training became my sanctuary. Whether I was navigating the highs or enduring the lows of life, I always returned to the gym — not just to build my body, but to reconnect with my core.
Over time, it evolved from martial arts into bodybuilding — a craft where I could shape not only my physique, but my character. Bodybuilding became a way to take the invisible work I was doing on the inside — the discipline, the grit, the self-respect — and make it visible. My body is now a physical representation of my mental fortitude and a living oath: to be a good, strong person capable of protecting, and inspiring others.

I strive to embody strength and integrity. Not for glory — but to stand as proof that we can rise above our challenges and become something greater.

Oath + Iron was also forged in the pain of loss — the death of my close friend and founder of a local gym, left a void not only in my life but in our community. In that space of grief, I felt a deeper calling: to create a new kind of sanctuary. One built not just with iron plates and sweat, but with soul. Building on what he had created but sadly ended with his life.

I wanted to create something to belong to — not just a space, but a brand you can carry with you. Oath + Iron is more than walls, weights, or training. It is a community defined by values, not circumstances. A mark of intention, resilience, and honour that you live by wherever life takes you.

I built Oath + Iron to give people like me something to believe in and stand for. It is not just about becoming stronger in the gym — it’s about carrying that strength into the world, every single day.
